This immersive workshop will cover: 

• What is tea? 

• What is tea made from? 

• Where it comes from and the Regions of China 

• History of Tea in China 

• The types of Tea & how they are produced including White, Green, Yellow, Red, Oolong Pu-erh and Flower. 

• Comparing the traditional methods used to produce the best from your tea. 

Followed by tastings of various types of tea discussed on the day. 

$5 entry (which includes tea tasting). Bookings not required.
