COMING SOON… PANEL DISCUSSIONS

As part of the Bond Street Event Centre's mission to foster a fair, just, creative, rational, informed, and enlightened community, we are launching a series of public panel discussions aimed at encouraging thoughtful engagement with key issues of our time.

Each panel will feature three knowledgeable speakers selected for their expertise in the topic being discussed. Topics may include science, the environment, economics, and other significant social or technical issues. The session will be chaired by a competent MC to ensure a smooth and balanced conversation.

The panels are designed to be informative, thought-provoking, and engaging, offering the community an informal and accessible space to explore complex ideas. Importantly, about half of each session will be dedicated to audience participation, allowing attendees to ask questions and contribute to the dialogue.

The sessions will take place on Thursday evenings, starting at 7:00 PM and finishing by 9:00 PM (Check our website, Facebook page and front message boards on the building for further information). The panel discussions will have a 10-minute break mid-way for tea, biscuits and access to the bar.

An entry fee of $10 per person will apply. Events will be promoted via the Bond Street Event Centre’s subscriber email list, Facebook page, and posters distributed both at the venue and throughout the town.

Through these engaging discussions, we aim to provide the community with a lively platform to connect, learn, and reflect on the most pressing topics of today.
